About these terms

This website is operated by Elara and Co Interiors Private Limited. By using it you accept these terms. They are governed by Indian law, and the courts at Bengaluru have jurisdiction.

Estimates are estimates

The instant estimate on this site produces an indicative range from a handful of answers. It is not a quotation, not an offer, and not a price we are bound to.

A real price follows a site visit and a written scope — measurements, existing conditions, material selections and the work your home actually needs. It can land above or below the indicative range.

Imagery

Interiors shown on this website are the studio's own visualisations unless a page says otherwise, and our projects pages say so. They illustrate the studio's approach; they are not photographs of completed client homes.

As projects hand over, photographs of them will be published and identified plainly.

Brands we mention

Where third-party brands are named, we mean that we may specify or procure them for a project through established suppliers. Naming a brand is not a claim of dealership, partnership or endorsement, and all trademarks belong to their owners.

The text, imagery, drawings and design on this site belong to Élara & Co. You are welcome to read, share and link to it. Please do not reproduce it commercially without asking.

What this site does not do

It does not give structural, legal or financial advice, and nothing on it should be relied on as such.
