Yes, for whole-home briefs — villas, penthouses and family residences — most often in Hyderabad, Chennai, Mysuru, Coorg and Goa. We take on an out-of-city project only where we can put our own site lead on the ground.

Does working outside Bangalore cost more?

Travel, transport of joinery and site accommodation are itemised in the proposal, like everything else. Design fees are the same; the difference is in logistics, and it is shown as its own lines rather than folded into rates.

How is the build supervised at a distance?

A named project manager, a site lead who travels with the work, weekly photographed reports of plan against actual, and the ÉLARA 111 checks — each photographed or measured — posted to your app.

Can we begin with the free 7-day design from another city?

The complimentary 7-day design is for Bengaluru homes. From another city, send the floor plan and a short brief all the same: whole-home briefs are read by hand, and we say quickly whether it is one we can take on — where it is, design begins with the proposal.
