Design and execution sit under one contract here, which is why each of these can be promised by the studio that draws the home: there is nobody to hand it to, and nobody else to hold to it. The 111 checks are how each one is kept.

60-Day Handover*
Typical for an apartment. Your own date before we begin, and the plan against it every week. Handover is a signed snag list, not a handshake: every item logged in Élara OS with a photo, cleared, and closed by you before the keys change hands.

10-Year Warranty*
10 years on joinery and modular furniture — carcass, shutters, hardware, alignment, edge banding — on top of every brand's own warranty. Raise a ticket in Élara OS: a response within 48 hours and a site visit within 7 days, for the full term of the warranty.

Transparent Pricing
The quotation lists each item with its own price — carcass, shutters, hardware, stone, labour — and its brand and grade beside it: IS:710 BWP ply, HDHMR, Hettich or Hafele, the laminate code, the stone lot. No lump sums, nothing described as “branded”. The quotation you approve is what you pay: it changes only when you change the scope, and then with your written approval in the app, the new line shown beside the old.

111 Quality Checks, Zero Tolerance
ÉLARA 111 is our quality programme, managed in Élara OS: every check is signed off in the app with a photo, a measurement and a name, or reworked until it passes — and you see each one as it happens.

3D Walkthrough of Every Room Before Build
A 3D walkthrough of every room — materials, light, furniture, as they will be — with its material board, approved by you before anything is ordered. Design and execution sit under one roof, so what you walked through on screen is what gets built, by the studio that drew it.

Stage Payments & EMIs
Payments follow a stage schedule agreed in writing before we start, so you know what is due and when. Every payment is invoiced with GST and tracked in your app — or spread the cost with easy EMI options.

Premium Materials & High-End Hardware
Carcasses in IS:710 BWP-grade plywood, shutters in HDHMR, hardware from Hettich or Hafele — on every home, as standard, not as an upgrade, and the same under every finish. No MDF and no particle board anywhere, because neither survives a Bengaluru monsoon or a ten-year warranty.

Élara OS, our own platform: a report every evening with photos of what was done, what slipped and what happens next; what is paid, drawings, snag list and warranty pack — one place, one thread, one tap to a video call.

Factory-Finished Modular Joinery
Modular furniture is cut, edge-banded and drilled on a fully automated factory line, not carpentered on site — square to the millimetre, sealed on every edge, the same finish on the first panel and the thousandth — and fitted in your home rather than built in it.
