ÉLARA & CO.

Stand in every room before anything is ordered.

Élara VR puts you inside each room as it will be — turn your phone to look round, or put on a headset — with the material board beside it. You approve the room you stood in; then we order, and what you approved is what the site is held to.

What It Means

Élara VR Walkthrough of Every Room

Every room as an Élara VR scene — a 360° view of the room as it will be, materials, light and furniture in place — that you stand inside on your phone or in a VR headset, with its material board beside it, and approve before anything is ordered. Design and execution sit under one roof, so the room you stood in is the room that gets built, by the studio that drew it.

  • Inside the room, not in front of it

A 360° scene of each room in its own proportions, with the materials, the light and the furniture in place. Turn and you see the wall behind you; look up and you see the ceiling — not a mood board, not one flattering angle.

  • On your phone, or in a headset

Each scene opens from your project in Élara OS. On a phone you look round by turning it; in a VR headset you stand in the room. Send it to family wherever they are, and they stand in it too.

  • The material board beside it

Every surface in the scene is a named material — the laminate code, the stone lot, the fabric. What you see around you is what is in the quotation.

  • Approved, then ordered

Nothing is bought until you have signed each room off in your app, and the approved scenes are what the site is built to and what ÉLARA 111 checks it against. Changes are made in the scene, where they cost nothing, rather than on site.

The Terms

The specifics

Written into the agreement and kept in your app, so there is nothing to remember and nothing to argue.

  • Three of your own rooms in Élara VR, free, within 7 days of receiving your floor plan and brief, with photorealistic views and a material board
  • Every room of the home made as an Élara VR scene, with the working drawings
  • Scenes, layouts and materials reviewed and refined in your app until each room is signed off
  • Design frozen once every room is approved; a change after that is a written approval in the app, the new line shown beside the old
  • The approved scenes stay on your project in Élara OS for the life of the project
Asked First

The questions this one draws

Do I need a VR headset?
No. Every scene opens on a phone, where you look round the room by turning it, or on a laptop, where you drag to look round; a headset puts you inside it. Whichever you use, the room, its materials and your approval are the same.
Do I have to pay for Élara VR?
No. Send a floor plan and a short brief, and within 7 days you can stand in three of your own rooms in Élara VR, with photorealistic views, a material board and an indicative range — free, and without obligation.
What if I want changes after standing in it?
That is what it is for. Layouts, materials and scenes are refined in your app until you sign each room off, and nothing is ordered until you have. After sign-off, a change is a written approval in Élara OS, with the new line shown beside the old.
Is the finished home really the room I saw in VR?
The approved scene is what the site is built to and what the 111 checks are measured against. Where a material lot differs from its sample, you see it and approve it before it is fitted.
