Before you begin

What does 4 BHK interior design cost in Bangalore?
At about 1,850 sqft of carpet area — a 2,400 to 3,500 sqft 4 BHK as Bangalore sells it, more as a duplex — the studio's work lands at ₹26L – ₹36L at the Essential finish, ₹39L – ₹54L at Premium and ₹59L – ₹83L at Signature, before loose furniture, appliances and GST. Four bedrooms usually mean four fitted wardrobes and a second living space, which is why a 4 BHK rarely sits at the bottom of its band. The proposal is itemised, with every material named by brand, grade and warranty, so the total can be read line by line.
Do you design duplex and villa-style apartments?
Yes. Internal stairs, double-height living rooms and terraces are villa problems inside an apartment, and we treat them as such — see our villa page for how staircases and volumes are handled.
How do you plan for parents living with us?
As a suite, not a spare room: a ground-level or lift-adjacent bedroom, a bathroom with a level-access shower and grab points designed into the stone, warm lighting, and storage at reach height. It should look like the best room in the house, because it often becomes it.
How long does a 4 BHK take?
Longer than a 3 BHK, mostly in joinery and bathrooms, but still measured in weeks on site rather than months, because the joinery is made in a factory. Your proposal carries the schedule and your app shows plan against actual every week.
