Yes; it is a brief we are built for. Design works from your floor plan, decisions are made in the app in your time zone, one named project manager runs the site, and weekly photographed reports show plan against actual. Many clients see the home in person for the first time at handover.

How do we approve materials without touching them?

Material boards are photographed in daylight for you, and where you want a second pair of hands we take samples to a family member in Bangalore. Every material is also named in the quote by brand and grade, so what you approve is what is ordered.

How are payments handled from overseas?

In stages tied to milestones you can see in the app, against an itemised proposal. Bank transfer from an NRE or NRO account is straightforward; we will walk you through the invoicing.

What if something is wrong when we arrive?

The home is snag-listed and styled before handover, and aftercare continues afterwards. Anything you find on arrival is logged in the app and attended to; our name is on the work.

Do you help with the builder handover and society formalities?

Your project manager coordinates society permits, working hours and lift protection, and can attend the builder's handover inspection on your behalf so snags are recorded before our work begins.
