What the site needs
- Electrical: about 12 points; sconces, spots and the lamp socket on one scene dimmer
- AV: conduit for HDMI and speaker cable behind the flutes to the console, power at the screen
- AC: a quiet split or cassette, sized for a closed room
- Door: a solid-core door with a drop seal for the sound
About 4–5 weeks on site, once the joinery is in the factory. The BOQ after the site visit prices every point, line and check individually.
