What the site needs

Plumbing: existing positions broadly retained; a concealed cistern needs a 9" wall build-out
Floor slope 1:80 to a point drain under the duckboard; the builder re-lays the floor and pond-tests the waterproofing for 48 hours before the stone goes down
Electrical: 5 points, all IP44 fittings, a geyser point on its own MCB
The vanity is fixed after the stone; its basin cutout is templated from the tiler's slab

About 4–5 weeks on site, after the waterproofing cures, once the joinery is in the factory. The BOQ after the site visit prices every point, line and check individually.
