The first three rooms are complimentary: send a floor plan and a short brief and you have photorealistic views, a material board and an indicative range within 7 days, without obligation. The rest of the home is rendered under the design agreement.

What if I want changes after seeing it?

That is what it is for. Layouts, materials and views are refined in your app until you sign each room off, and nothing is ordered until you have. After sign-off, a change is a written approval in Élara OS, with the new line shown beside the old.

Is the finished home really the same as the render?

The approved walkthrough is what the site is built to and what the 111 checks are measured against. Where a material lot differs from its sample, you see it and approve it before it is fitted.

A 3D walkthrough of every room — materials, light, furniture, as they will be — with its material board, approved by you before anything is ordered. Design and execution sit under one roof, so what you walked through on screen is what gets built, by the studio that drew it.
