What the site needs

Electrical: 6 points; the lantern on its own dimmer, wired through the beam
Battens fixed to a plumb HDHMR skin, so an uneven wall reads flat
Beams are hollow Gyproc boxes on the slab, so they add no load and can carry the wiring
Balcony threshold and door retained

About 4–5 weeks on site, once the joinery is in the factory. The BOQ after the site visit prices every point, line and check individually.
