What the site needs
- Plumbing positions retained; the sink stays under the window
- Electrical: about 14 points incl. 16A for chimney, range ignition, OTG, fridge, purifier, dishwasher and the coffee bar
- Gas: piped-gas point at the range, copper line concealed in the plinth
- Chimney ducted through the hob wall, 150 mm; island pendants wired from the slab
About 7–8 weeks on site, joinery made in the factory in parallel, once the joinery is in the factory. The BOQ after the site visit prices every point, line and check individually.
